Please note that the granules of sugar which you take are smaller and not bigger in size.

3) Honey and lemon juice:

Ingredients, Preparation & Application:

Take a spoon of lemon juice and 1 tbsp full of honey, mix it well and apply the mixture on your face and leave it for 20 mins. Now take a small Turkish napkin, hold this napkin in warm water and remove the excess water and wipe off the honey lemon paste. Then rinse the area with cold water. Honey is best known for brightening and hydrating the skin. It also has a characteristic of reducing unnecessary  hair growth. For better results use this method 3 times in a week.

4) Food for hormonal balance:

There are certain foods that will help with your hormonal balance as below:
