However, since gourd is a food that produces heat, it is better to take it in winter. Goth should be fried in a tablespoon of oil or ghee. They swell after frying. Take them and dry them in a mixer.

Put it in milk every night and leave it for half an hour. These become soft. Then taking it will increase the calcium levels in the body. The next day, take a spoonful of dill soaked in water overnight and drink it in the morning and eat the dill.
