Garlic helps in improving the digestive system. Thereby helping greatly in reducing bad breath. Boiling garlic in milk and drinking it is called lactation.

Drink this milk regularly for a period of three months with a break of 15 days and then again for three months to reduce joint and leg pain in the body. Those who cannot drink milk can also get these benefits by chewing garlic cloves and drinking a glass of hot water.
