This has to be done in two steps. Yogurt is one of the most important ingredients in our diet. The good bacteria in the yoghurt also works very well in cleansing the skin by expelling dirt and preventing pimples. For that first take a spoonful of yogurt in a bowl.

Those with oily skin should take sour yogurt. Yogurt reduces oil production on the face. Keeps the face fresh. Add a teaspoon of honey. Honey is thought to whiten facial hair on the face. But that is only a superstition. Honey helps in removing dirt from the face and tightening the pores of the skin. Delays aging symptoms.

Now mix the two well and apply on the face and gently massage. Then rinse your face with plain water. It acts as a cleanser on the face. Then take a teaspoon of yogurt for a face pack and add a teaspoon of peanuts in it. The two should be mixed well and applied to the face. These should be kept until well dried and then the fak should be removed by soaking in a little water.

Doing this will remove the blackheads and whiteheads on the face and make the face brighter and more beautiful. Peanut butter works very well in tightening skin cells and removing wrinkles and blemishes. Peanut flour has been used since ancient times as part of skin care.
