Arthritis is also a problem in young children these days. Crying is caused by a variety of joint pains and arthritis. For such people a simple tip can reduce leg pain. It has been used as a home remedy since ancient times. For this we need to take a teaspoon of jaggery grater. Add half a teaspoon of turmeric. A spoonful of the lime used for the pan or kiln should also be taken.

Mix the lime and jaggery mixture well. Combining all these well makes it a thick mixture. Add a few drops of water if desired and apply the mixture on the affected area. Then apply it on the sore spot and put a betel nut on it. Then tie with any cloth. Doing so will make it tighter where the pain is and help a lot in reducing the pain.

It helps to keep the muscles tight. Jaggery jaundice helps in reducing infections and preventing infections. Lime intake is a great source of calcium. Helps reduce calcium deficiency.

Experts say that jaggery works wonderfully in reducing joint pain when taken.

Drink a glass of milk regularly with jaggery powder, it strengthens bones and prevents bone and joint conditions like arthritis. Jaggery relieves inflammation in the joints and supports bone health. Research has shown that a substance in turmeric can significantly reduce knee pain in people with osteoarthritis. Rinse the mixture with lukewarm water after waking up in the morning and wash it off with lukewarm water.
