Kiwis are small sapodilla-like nutritious fruits that have many flavors and health benefits. Their green pulp has a sweet and sour taste. It is rich in Vitamin C, Potassium, Vitamin K, Polate and Vitamin E. It is also rich in antioxidants and kiwi fruit is a good source of fiber.
