Ayurvedic tip to prevent viruses, bacteria and black fungus during this monsoon season – our health

The climate has changed. The rainy season has arrived. Seasonal flu is no longer seen in children or adults due to mosquitoes and changes in the water that grow around it when it rains.

Medications may be needed to reduce these. Their use can affect the human kidneys. But by making certain habits in our body before arrival, the body’s immunity to such fevers and illnesses will increase.

All we have to do is fast one day a week. That means fasting on that day without taking any food. Fasting helps a lot in dissolving body fat.

It also helps to flush out toxins accumulated in the body, allowing the internal organs to regenerate.

Also enema should be done at least once a month to expel the named waste in the body. Enema cleanses the stool that has accumulated in the body. The intestines are cleansed and the digestive system improves itself.

If you feel dizzy due to lack of food, you can drink lemon juice and honey in a glass of water. These give instant energy as well as help to cleanse the body of impurities.

You can also add pepper powder or cardamom powder if desired. Mash camphor is very good when you have illnesses in seasonal flu like this. Getting it and smelling it is a very good relief.

Fasting in this way increases the body’s immunity. Naturally viruses fight bacterial infections and the body builds its own immune system.

Drinking at least four liters of water a day is very good for the stomach.
