These dry fruits are high in fiber. It reduces constipation and gas problems in the body. Another ingredient is dry apricot. These are also known as jaladhara or dry apricots (dry berries) in Telugu. It is also available online.

Apricots contain antioxidants and fiber. It is high in antioxidants which help in boosting the immune system. They also increase eyesight. They also help maintain heart health. Apricots are also useful for brightening the skin. Then take two or three figs. These also help to increase energy in the body.
