This decoction should be taken immediately after waking up in the morning. Sip hot and drink tea. The ingredients used in it are all natural. Are healthy. Ayurvedic has many medicinal properties.

Taking these regularly for months can lead to weight loss, PCOD, PCOS reduction and side effects such as high bleeding, low bleeding and regular periods with excellent results.
