Chamomile is a plant that can be found anywhere in the fields or in the soil around our house. Grass chamomile has been used in Ayurveda for a long time. And now many people are switching from allopathic medicine to Ayurvedic medicine. Still villagers, when someone is injured in a tribal area on a hill, the first choice those people make is not to go to the doctor.

We know about natural Ayurvedic remedies that can help cure various types of wounds and diseases. Grass chamomile is also widely used in these Ayurvedic medicines for immediate remedies and treatments.

Grass chamomile is also known as coat button leaves, or Ravana’s head, plate chamomile. They are used to wipe tiles or for children to play with. These leaves can be dried. It is better to take fresh leaves so that they are available.

Coat button plants (Tridax procumbens) or grass chamomile are found almost everywhere in the villages. It is easily identified by its beautiful flower. In the local language it is called Rui plant. The leaves of this plant have medicinal properties and are used to heal wounds. The aborigines also eat the leaves of the Rui plant.

Coat button plants are a great insect repellent, along with antifungal and wound healing properties. This plant is also used to treat diarrhea, diarrhea and liver disorders

Take the leaves according to the size of the wound.

The leaves should be crushed by hand and rubbed on the palm until the juice comes out.

Apply the juice on the wound, or a paste with leaves and apply it on the wound.

These medicinal leaves are very useful when anyone needs immediate treatment and there are no medical facilities nearby.
