These symptoms can be relieved by drinking less water. Do you know what happens if the level of fresh water in the body decreases? – Our health

Water is the main source of water in our diet on a daily basis. But going to the bathroom at sunset or being lazy will reduce drinking water. Whatever you do, make sure you drink six to eight glasses of water a day, otherwise dehydration can cause health problems. Here are some such side effects:

Persistent headache. The first thing you notice when you become dehydrated is a headache. If dehydration is the cause of the headache, it will subside as soon as you drink a large glass of water.

Slowed bowel function. “There are water receptors in the colon that take water from the body to keep the stool soft,” say doctors. “If you do not get enough water, you may experience common side effects such as severe diarrhea and constipation along with abdominal pain and cramps.”

Dull skin. Dehydration causes less glowing skin on your face in the form of dry, gray skin that looks plump and stretched.

Fatigue. If you do not replace your fluid intake with water, your energy levels will decline and you may experience fatigue and brain slowing. So when you want another cup of coffee, see if you need it. Take water instead.

Weight gain. “Sometimes people make the mistake of feeling hungry when they are thirsty and they eat more, but really they need to drink more,” say doctors. “Sometimes if you take a glass of water, the signs of hunger will go away.”

Dried mouth. If you do not drink enough water, you may have dry mucous membranes – i.e. lack of saliva. It also makes it harder to speak, swallow and breathe. Fortunately, this can be easily solved by drinking water.

Although it is preferred for everyone to drink six to eight glasses of water, it is not advisable for you to go beyond that and beyond.

In fact, drinking too much water can lead to brain inflammation and fluid overload. Keeping a happy water balance between six to eight glasses daily to stay healthy.
