Plant Description: Cardia dichotoma is a medium-sized, deciduous tree, 40 or 50 feet tall, and usually with a curved trunk. It has slender, attractive branches and young buds.

The bark of the tree is gray or brown, about half an inch thick. The branchlets are attractive, and the twigs are silvery gray. Bark in the form of pieces, 5 to 10 cm long, and 6 to 12 mm thick, dark gray to brown.

Fruit globular-ovoid droop. It is soft, and cherry size. It is yellow and pale red when ripe and the pulp is almost transparent and hard. The seed is cordate, and the seed is solitary. The surface shrinks and breaks. Plant type / growth habit: Tree
