For many years there have been a growing number of people who start their morning with lemon juice mixed with a cup of lukewarm water in the morning for health purposes. Recently however many people started drinking turmeric and lemon water as health awareness increased.

Lemon water has many health benefits, giving a good start to the digestive system when you wake up. It helps to detoxify the body by drinking this water. Unfortunately, people who are fit to drink tea and coffee in the morning are not able to break this habit. But there is a lot of need for this. After a long journey I really need this daily detox.

After a bit of research this morning drink, I found that adding turmeric to lemon water not only expels toxins from the stomach in the morning but also eliminates antibacterial and antifungal properties and infections in the body.

It is quick to make and unlike coffee, it is rich in vitamin C, flavonoids, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that your body actually needs. And, let’s learn how to take yellow, lemon water.

For this take a glass of lukewarm water. Add a pinch or a teaspoon of turmeric in it. Mix pineapple lemon juice in it. It can be mixed with black salt or turmeric. Kitchen salt should not be used. People without diabetes can also use pure honey. The water mixed with this should be taken warm in the morning. It can be taken regularly to reduce weight, fat and digestive problems. Vitamin C in lemon juice gives radiant skin.
