Protein shakes are one of the most popular foods for bodybuilders and fitness seekers. These shakes are very useful in order for them to get the protein they need for the body. But most of them are made with chemicals that can cause side effects. Also it is not known how beneficial milk is these days. The risks to the body outweigh the benefits of adulteration and artificial milk production in milk.

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could make milk at home for proteins and for extra benefits. But want to know how to make milk. Soak the soybeans overnight for healthy and tasty milk. Wash clean in the morning. Peel a squash, grate it and add water to it. Then strain the paste on a thin cloth and collect the milk. This milk is very good for health. Soymilk is one of the protein rich foods.

Boil the milk and mix it with almonds, cashews and pistachios for more flavor. This slightly green paste tastes good on the mouth and gives the body the energy, nutrients and protein it needs. Also, when you do not want to dry fruits like this, add a little grated coconut powder and cardamom powder and boil it. It also gives the milk a nice fragrant taste. Sugar should be avoided when shaking the protein like this.

Date powder, organic jaggery or gingerbread can be used. These are good for health and provide iron. Helps keep muscles strong and firm. Exercisers use soymilk to build strong muscles naturally. Avoid getting infected with adulterated food. This soymilk should not be taken raw. Drinking without heating can cause vomiting and body rashes. Cheesecake made with soy milk is also very good for health.
